Return Policy
At Suburbans, we want you to love every piece you purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help with a smooth and hassle-free returns and exchanges process.
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are:
- Unused and unwashed
- In their original condition with all tags and packaging intact
- Not part of any final sale or discounted clearance
To request a return, please email us at info@suburbans.in with your order number, item details, and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll guide you through the next steps.
Note: Return shipping charges may apply in certain cases unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product.
Exchange Policy
Need a different size or color? No problem! We offer exchanges for eligible items within the same 7-day window. Just mention the desired replacement when you contact our support team. If the product is in stock, we’ll dispatch the exchange as soon as we receive and inspect the original item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery. We will verify the issue and arrange a replacement or exchange at no additional cost. The replacement/exchange will be delivered within 5–7 business days or as per our standard delivery timeline, depending on your location.
Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and approved, your refund will be credited within 5-7 business days via the original payment method or issued as store credit, depending on your preference.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that the following cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Innerwear, cloths, or accessories for hygiene reasons
- Customized or made-to-order pieces
